2021 Training Plan for New Members

2020 is in the books. Thank goodness! What better way to start off the new year, than to find ways to deliver more value to your customers?

This goes for LeanJax, too, as we are always looking for ways to provide more value to our member organizations.

We’ve finalized updated and improved training and are accepting new members!

We’re excited to offer Lean fundamentals training to kick start your organization’s lean implementation. Alternatively, for companies already on their lean journey, this training can help involve more areas in continuous improvement and/or refresh your lean knowledge, with the goal of accelerating your journey.

It’s called CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT for a reason! You can always get better and LeanJax has the know-how and resources to help you reach your goals. We have the flexibility to provide training tailored to either manufacturing or service companies.

We’ll work with you to schedule and conduct virtual or on-site (by following CDC guidelines) training depending on your organization’s particular needs. This training is included in your organization’s membership dues. Please see the image below to see how this training cycle works.
