Lean Practitioner Certification Course #6: Value Stream Mapping

On February 10, 2020, the Jacksonville Lean Consortium conducted the sixth and final course in our lean practitioner certification training series. The participants will be tasked with completing an A3, current state map, future state map, future state action plan; as well as implementing two lean improvement actions in one of their organization’s key value streams.

In early April, each participant will report out to their classmates on these improvement projects to receive their certification. The participants have done great work throughout the training series and we know they will knock this project out of the park. LeanJax is excited to offer this program again later this year.
