The Theory of Constraints

On February 18th, we had a great time visiting Jacksonville Lean Consortium member Veritec Solutions to conduct a lunch and learn on the Theory of Constraints (TOC). We discussed how TOC can be leveraged with lean to improve any process by eliminating bottlenecks (constraints) that prevent the continuous flow of materials/information.

Veritec is going to use the mindset and tools they learned in their session to improve one of their key value streams.
