Lean Bright Ideas and A3 Problem Solving

When rolling out Bright Ideas in a physical or virtual environment, it’s helpful for team members to create an A3 that corresponds with their bright ideas card and tells a visual story of their improvement efforts. These are some standard work A3 questions and A3 template that your team members can use and review with their supervisors. Supervisors and Area leaders should strongly consider posting these A3s and encourage team members to present the A3 showcasing their problem solving efforts during a daily huddle.
