Free Lean Materials to counteract Covid-19

Indow is a Portland, Oregon based manufacturing business that makes window inserts for residences and commercial enterprises. To counter the risks of the COVID-19 Pandemic, the company proactively formed and implemented an action plan adapted from their Lean operating system. Indow is leveraging Lean methods to find and eliminate disease transmission vectors so their production workers will be able to work in a safe environment.

Indow is offering free Lean materials to help companies implement the need changes to keep production safe and productive during this outbreak. These documents are tremendous resources that offer tips on how to effectively implement Gemba walks, set up visual factories, and practice continuous improvement throughout each day.
