Lean Practitioner Certification Course #2: The 8 Wastes

I’m looking forward to facilitating part II of our Lean practitioner certification series on November 12. In this course, we’ll conduct a thorough analysis of the 8 wastes. It will task the participants with identifying reoccurring examples of each waste in their workplace, then brainstorming/implementing impactful countermeasures to eliminate each waste’s occurrence and minimize its impact.

We’ll cover how to incorporate 8 waste elimination into our robust employee suggestion system, Bright Ideas.
