December 11th Introduction to Lean Thinking Course

Begin your Lean journey on December 11th! James Bussell will be the instructor for Introduction to Lean Thinking on December 11, 2018. The course will go from 9:00-3:00 pm.

This course will outline the origins of Lean Thinking in manufacturing, it's applicability to every industry, and serve as an introduction to its' key principles, concepts, best practices, and culture. 

Attendees will learn about the foundational Lean components, including: the 8 Wastes, "pull," standard work, visual management, and rapid Improvement events (kaizens).   

The course content is highly interactive, including hands-on learning activities and a homework assignment that will guide the attendee's efforts in continuously improving their work.

The cost is free for Lean Jax members and $200 for non-members

Location: TIAA Bank

Time: 9:00-3:00

Prerequisite courses: None; but completion of Introduction to Lean is a pre-req for additional Lean Jax courses.
