Workshop Overview
6S Workplace Organization (“6S”) is a lean method for establishing and maintaining an orderly, clean, safe, and effective work environment through disciplined daily routines and visual management.
6S builds upon the traditional 5S framework (Sort, Set-in-order, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain) by incorporating Safety as the sixth pillar, and reinforcing its’ importance throughout the process.
This method sets the foundation for a thriving continuous improvement culture by promoting innovation, respect, discipline, and accountability at all levels.
This virtual workshop is designed to provide participants with the understanding and skills to effectively implement 6S to their physical and electronic work environments and drive positive change throughout their organizations.
