Understand the purpose, different categories, and provide examples of effective countermeasures to address root causes and drive continuous
improvement in their organization.Incorporate lean principles and methods into the root cause analysis process.
Enhance creativity and problem-solving skills by practicing various techniques such as brainstorming, brainwriting, and CEDAC exercises to generate a diverse range of potential countermeasures.
Utilize tools like Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Pareto analysis, and cost/benefit analysis to prioritize countermeasures effectively based on impact, feasibility, and risk.
